Course Introduction
The Transition Individualized Education Program (IEP) is a full IEP. It is not a separate transition plan or a parallel document. All the IEP requirements and procedures required in previous years also apply to the Transition IEP. The Transition IEP should assist students in making the connection between what is happening now in school and their long-term postsecondary goals.
