Course Introduction
Insights are a foundational element of the IU Marketing Maturity Model. Fundamentally understanding our audiences, the markets that we serve, and how our marketing efforts perform empowers us to create a timely, relevant, and seamless personalized journey for our constituents.
Insights 101 will provide you with high-level information in order to develop a shared knowledge of what "insight" really means for you. This course will change the way you think about insight and search for insight in marketing.
