"Copyright: Just the Facts” provides a critically needed overview on key concepts and exceptions related to copyright in a higher education setting. Specifically, participants will learn more about how to analyze a situation in terms of copyright and make the best decision they can using the information they have at hand. While you won’t become an expert overnight, you will become more familiar with the application of general concepts affecting higher education research, instruction, and creation. This course introduces  various copyright exceptions, and allows you to gain a broad understanding of how these exceptions impact various research/instruction related activities.
