INDCS Reflective Practice Survey Training

During this course, supervisors will learn about the Reflective Practice Survey (RPS), a tool to monitor and evaluate the engagement skills of front-line staff. Concepts surrounding the utilization of the Practice Model in concert with the RPS Model will be reviewed.
