In this Experienced Worker training, participants will be presented with the different factors that play into engaging Indiana’s youth in the context of child welfare. Through reinforcing their knowledge about collaborative care, engagement tools, policies, team meeting strategies and more, participants will be better prepared to empower the youth and families they serve.
