Session Description:

This 2-hour workshop will help PowerPoint users prepare their presentations for targeted audiences or broader dissemination. This session will include preparing presentations to reach the targeted audience effectively. Additionally, the session will cover different ways to distribute the presentation to broader audiences. The session will be valuable to anyone familiar with PowerPoint's basic skills that would like to learn more about intermediate and advanced features. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of PowerPoint, utilizing SmartArt, importing data from sources, using animation and transitions, running and recording presentations, exporting in different formats for distribution, and best practices for creating impactful presentations for a targeted audience. The final 30 minutes of the session will be open for Q&A and individual questions.
