Session Description:

This 2-hour workshop will help PowerPoint users master the basics and move beyond. This session will incorporate best practices to help improve the effectiveness and impact of any PowerPoint session while incorporating visual appeal. The session will be valuable to anyone familiar with PowerPoint who wants to learn how to effectively design a PowerPoint that will inform, persuade, or engage their presentation's participants. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of PowerPoint, such as using basic features effectively, selecting appropriate fonts and color palettes, using existing templates, inserting figures and images, utilizing speaker notes, and much more. The final 30 minutes of the session will be open for Q&A and individual questions.
