MoneySmarts U is a financial education platform created by Indiana University and financial wellness expert Peter Dunn (aka Pete the Planner®). The platform aims to teach you the financial information you need to know, when you need to know it. Our goal is not to have you just be able to define new financial terms but instead help you understand the ins and outs of personal finance to guide you toward making informed financial decisions.

MoneySmarts U also features the MoneySmarts U Score, a metric that reflects your current level of MoneySmarts. After completing each course, you will have the opportunity to get your MoneySmarts U Score to see how your financial habits have progressed each year in college. Our hope is that by the time you graduate, you will have developed financial habits that will make you MoneySmart for life.

Each course in MoneySmarts U is designed for wherever you are in your academic career.  There are courses for high school students all the way up to recent graduates and those considering graduate school.  We want to make learning about personal finance relevant to who you are right now and where you want to be moving forward.
