What:  Dark as Dusk at IU Kokomo:  An Eclipse Immersive Experience

Who:  Community Members and IU Kokomo Faculty and Staff

When and Where: The immersive experience includes five sessions, individuals may participate in one, some, or all. 

February 12, 2024:  What is an Eclipse and What to Expect in Totality, 7:00-8:00 pm, Kresge Auditorium, Kelley Center

February 26, 2024: Dinner and Presentation with Phil Plait, an American astronomer and popular science blogger known as the The Bad Astronomer.  Dinner 5:30-7:30 pm, Havens Conference Rm 134 in Main Building (KO); Presentation 7:00-8:00 pm, Havens Auditorium, Main Building. Presentation only is FREE to the public.

March 11, 2024: Eclipse Photography, Videography, Citizen Science Projects, 7:00-8:00 pm, Kresge Auditorium, Kelley Center

March 25, 2024: Eclipses From Different Perspectives (e.g., Sciences, Arts, History, Multicultural), 7:00-8:00 pm, Kresge Auditorium, Kelley Center
 
April 8, 2024: Eclipse Viewing and KEY Academy Reception, 1:30-4:30 pm, Kelley House and IU Kokomo Observatory
