Program Information

The program includes eight (8) hours of COPE-approved continuing education.  Courses are offered on a full-day basis; no partial course registrations will be accepted, and no partial refunds or carryover of fees to another day are allowed.


Scleral Lens Basics (1 hour) - Kuzniar
The Ups and Downs of Irregular Astigmatism (2 hours) - Sue Kovacich, OD
Post-Operative Management of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (1 hour) - Hickenbotham
Pharmacological Management of Glaucoma (1 hour) - Hickenbotham
Future Advances in Ocular Pharmacology (1 hour) - Hickenbotham
Ocular Injuries (2 hours) - Attar

Parking is available in the Atwater garage (located at the northeast corner across the street from the Indiana University School of Optometry) or in the parking lot directly in front of IUSO across Atwater Avenue.  Parking is free on weekends.

For weekday courses, please pick up a parking pass at registration.  Parking is at the Atwater garage, and you must pick up your pass before entering the garage.

Continuing Education with Examination

Continuing Education with Examination (CEE - formerly TQ) credit may be available on select courses.  CEE courses are indicated in the Program Information section.

Each two credit-hour CEE course is an additional $50.00.

If you are interested in earning CEE credit, please let us know at registration.  CEE examinations will be mailed to you at the end of the course.  After completing the examination, mail it back to IUSO to be graded.
