Course Overview
Continuing Pre-Algebra First Semester, this pre-algebra course is designed to develop your ability to solve real-world problems and covers many introductory topics of algebra. Topics include more operations with fractions; solving problems and
real-world applications involving ratios, proportions, percents, linear
functions, systems of linear equations and inequalities; working with
polygons and circles; finding surface areas and volumes of
three-dimensional figures; and interpreting data from various sources.
Note: this course is not NCAA approved.
This course is designed for high-school freshmen or older.

Prerequisite
First Semester Pre-Algebra or equivalent required, and a basic knowledge of operations with fractions, decimals, and integers is suggested.
