Full course description
This course will build on your existing knowledge of mathematics by developing skills and strategies that you can apply in many areas of your life. Algebra is the foundation for geometry, higher-level algebra courses, trigonometry, and calculus. The concepts you learn in this course will be used in every math class you take. This course explains the terms used in algebra, introduces functions and how to graph them, and gives you the ability to solve and write equations, inequalities, and systems. Not only will you learn the skills needed for these concepts, but you will also work with applications for real-world situations.
