Full course description
Course Overview
This course, in combination with the previous semester course, is designed to help students achieve appropriate advanced placement and/or credit into the sequence of calculus courses offered at the college level. It will also prepare students for the AP Calculus BC exam given in May of each year. Topics covered include applying calculus techniquesparametric equations, vector-valued functions, and polar form, finding convergence and divergence of series, and working with Taylor and Power Series.
The course is designed for high-school seniors.

Prerequisite
Two years of algebra, one year of geometry, one year of precalculus that includes trigonometry, and one semester of AP Calculus BC or the equivalent (such as AP Calculus AB).
Required Materials
High speed Internet connection (strongly recommended), graphing calculator (TI-89 strongly recommended), and access to a scanner (to submit work electronically).
