Continues Spanish III, First Semester. Students continue to advance their reading, speaking, and writing skills.

Prerequisite

Five semesters of high-school Spanish.

Required Materials

The only required textbook for this course is ¡Avancemos! Spanish 3, 2018 edition, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, ISBN-13/EAN: 978-0-544-86123-7. This is an online textbook, and is available for no extra cost for all registered students.
Please note that the publisher of the online textbook used with this course has recently announced that the book will be discontinued. No access to the textbook will be possible after June 30, 2024.
Please plan your course progress accordingly. This does not affect your course enrollment end date. If your end date is after June 30, or if you get an extension, you will still lose access to the textbook on June 30.
Your best option is to be sure to complete this course before June 30. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Students will need access to a computer with a microphone or a headset to record some assignments and may want to download and listen to MP3 files (iPod, MP3 player, computer with speakers or headphones). Students also need to record oral assignments on a computer, using a microphone or headset, and then upload their audio files (read Creating Spoken Audio Files on Your Computer).
