Full course description

Course Overview

Continuation of the first semester French III course with more advanced vocabulary and grammar structures, a third-year French course that builds on the listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills learned in second-year French. Readings include complex authentic materials such as travel brochures, menus, recipes, letters, and poems. Includes access to online textbook and interactive features, such as practice activities, self-tests, and video and audio files to improve French-speaking skills.

This course is designed for high-school juniors or higher.

Prerequisite

Five semesters of high school French.

Required Materials

The textbook for this course is Bien dit! French 3, and it is available as both a hard-copy book and as an online book. The online version is required (and free), while the hard-copy book is optional (but never goes off-line).
For access to the online version, you will need to request a username and password for the website before you begin your lessons.
