An introductory course focusing on all aspects of French, including speaking, hearing, reading, and writing. Special emphasis is given to French-speaking cultures from around the world. Includes access to online textbook and interactive features, such as practice activities, self-tests, and video and audio files to improve French-speaking skills.
This course is designed for high-school freshman or higher.

Required MaterialsThe textbook for this course is Bien dit! French 1, and it is available as both a hard-copy book and as an online book. The online version is required (and free), while the hard-copy book is optional (but never goes off-line).
