Full course description
Course Introduction
The IU Online Faculty and Staff Resource Library course is a resource hub for both new and returning members of the IU Online team. Each module provides details, resources, procedures, and policies specific to different areas of program support. For example, this course offers guidance on using Tableau and CARMin forms to update course listings, outlines artifacts used in program-level assessment, and provides details on coordinating with student support groups like admissions and success coaching. Completing each module will prepare you for your role as well as for your collaboration with other staff, faculty, and our partners. You will also use this course to retrieve important forms and to submit program reflections (if applicable to your position). To foster community engagement, use the Chat About It (Inscribe 2.0) to ask questions, network with others, and initiate discussions. Content in this course is updated on a consistent schedule; consult the “Course Updates” section for more information on revisions since your last review of the course, and visit this course every year to stay up to date.
