Gap analysis is a useful tool to improve processes in an organization or business. It will help you reveal and bridge process gaps. Gap analysis can be used in various facets of a business and in many ways to get to the desired end result. This course will give you the skills that you need to perform an effective gap analysis that will solve problems, improve processes, and take your project, department, or organization to the next level.
