Course summary:

Entering a difficult conversation is something that we do for several reasons, but the biggest one is that we are responsible for creating productive workplaces. So, it stands to reason that as a manager or supervisor, you are going to have these difficult conversations to make the workplace better for the person you are speaking with, their colleagues, your customers, and the organization overall. You will have to be prepared to accept the consequences of any conversation you have.
