Course summary:
In order to deliver your customers the products and services they want and need, you need to have the right amount of goods on hand at the right time. It can be a tough balancing act, but inventory management practices can help.
In this course, you will learn about all aspects of inventory management, including common terms, the inventory cycle, how to maintain inventory accuracy, and what some of the latest trends are.
Course objectives:
After completing this course, learners should be able to:

- Identify the goals and objectives of inventory management and measure your process against these goals.
