- Course Introduction: “ICTQ Implementation Science Level 1” is a self-paced course designed to introduce you to methods and strategies that support education professionals to put evidence-based practice and research into regular use.

Dr. Sandi Cole is the Director of the Center on Education and Lifelong Learning (CELL) at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana University, Bloomington. Cole also is project director for the Indiana Center on Teacher Quality (ICTQ) project. Her areas of expertise include collaboration, educational leadership, school change and redesign, teacher appraisal systems, school-wide discipline, and implementation science.
