CIB, Wrubel Lobby

Eligibility: Full-time IU faculty & staff.

All fitness levels are encouraged to participate and no previous yoga experience is required to attend. These yoga sessions will be designed with the beginner in mind but more experienced participants are still encouraged to attend as well. Throughout these sessions, there will be poses that require you to be in standing, seated and lying down postures, all of which will be broken down and cued at an appropriate tempo and pace.

What to Bring: Mats will be provided, but you can bring your own mat or towel if you’d like.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Due to the high demand of this session, the following attendance policy is in place.

If a registered participant misses two consecutive sessions in a row, they will be removed from the roster and their spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist. Also, if a registered participant does not show up before 5 minutes prior to the session start time, their spot may be given to anyone on the waitlist who is present at that time for that respective session.

Please note: Due to special facility circumstances, spouses are not eligible for this class. This program is offered by Campus Recreational Sports and supported by Healthy IU.
