Eligibility: Full-time IU faculty & staff.

Campus Recreational Sports and Healthy IU are excited to offer a six-week Tai Chi for Health program! Tai Chi is a safe, low-impact martial art that has been proven to contribute to one’s overall health through improved relaxation, increased functional movement, improved balance, and reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression. No prior Tai Chi experience is required.

Please note: Due to special facility circumstances, spouses are not eligible for this class. This program is offered by Campus Recreational Sports and supported by Healthy IU.
