Eligibility: Full-time IU faculty & staff. Spouses on an IU-sponsored medical plan.
Are you ready to deepen your appreciation for the present moment? This class is for anyone who would like to explore and practice the concept of mindfulness.
This 10-session program focuses on:
- Cultivating a mindfulness practice
- Recognizing and addressing stressful situations effectively “on the spot”
- Improving focus and communication
- Enhancing mind-body wellness
Employees are invited to the orientation to assess if this class meets their needs. Employees are encouraged to commit to attending each of the 10 sessions.
