You are warmly welcome to participate in weekly 15-minute gentle, guided reading & meditation practice. Each week we will explore a different approach to Mindfulness, Gratitude, Reverence, & Presence. We hope you will benefit from this 15-minute span of stillness in the midst of your workday.
