Get the benefits of yoga without bringing your mat! This expert-led class explores yoga poses with the use of a chair. This class is great for both beginners and those with yoga experience.
Come to Chair Yoga for:
- A mindfulness and relaxation break
- Yoga poses you can take with you to your personal workspace
- Calming breathing techniques
