Awaken & Energize: Restorative practice that calms the mind and gently energizes the body.
This 45 minute Gentle Yoga class will saturate your blood cells with fresh oxygen and revitalize spirit by deeply relaxing in postures (asanas) using a chair as support.
Each week we will focus on one limb of Yoga, including: sense of integrity for all beings, loving ourselves, and spiritual observation of mindfulness.
What to wear: Loose fitting clothes you can move and stretch in. Ladies might want to wear pants or longer dresses/skirts.
