Course Description: Procurement Cards, also known as P-Cards or Pro-Cards, are a convenient way to pay for hospitality, conference registrations, and one-off emergency purchases when there isn’t time to establish a Purchase Order. This course covers proper P-Card usage, receipt requirements, reconciliation timing, and more.

Audience: IU faculty or staff who will be named as the responsible cardholder for a procurement card. The responsible cardholder is the individual whose Chrome River eWallet receives P-Card transactions. 

Compliance requirement: Must score at least 80% on final assessment. Ideally, compliance requirement will be completed prior to P-Card application form submission.
