What is this course about?

Financial Risks and Pitfalls in Contracts will cover the financial and budgetary terms commonly found in sponsored research contracts. We will also highlight the differences in these terms for commercial sponsors and more traditional sponsors, like the federal government. There will be a hands-on opportunity to review some typical contract language and test your knowledge of financial risks in contracts.
