What is this course about?

This is a 2 hour course. The course explores the use of all isoflurane equipment that LARC houses for lab use. Participants will learn components of the anesthetic equipment and rodent pre-care and post-care. Participants will have the opportunity to anesthetize rodents during this session.

What are the pre-requisites for this course?

Pre- Gas Anesthetic Safety training is required for registrants. All participants will be e-mailed with further instructions including how to sign up for the Pre-Gas anesthetic safety training after registering.

Who should attend this course?

This course will be most useful for new research faculty and staff.
