The IU Office of Research Compliance (ORC) is committed to the education and training of members of the university community subject to export controls and offers training opportunities:

Instructor Led Training

• ORC will provide a general overview of export controls to individuals or groups interested in obtaining an introduction to the basics of export control.
  
  • General training will include an overview of export compliance, information regarding how export controls may impact international shipping, procurement, travel, visitors, disbursement, research collaborations and the penalties associated with export violations.

• ORC also provides Department, Project, or Laboratory specific training for faculty, staff and students.
