Full course description
The Center for Exploration of Energy and Matter (CEEM) is a multi-disciplinary laboratory performing research (experimental and theoretical) and development in the areas of accelerator physics, nuclear physics and chemistry, and materials research. A common element throughout the CEEM program is the use of particle accelerators.
Access to CEEM
CEEM is open between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Recent re-evaluation of security requirements have necessitated that visitors to CEEM must comply with a few regulations before entering the research sections of the facility.
Persons interested in spending time at CEEM for the purpose of research or other academic activities should contact CEEM well in advance of their visit for information and lab access requirements. Please contact CEEM by email or by telephone at (812) 855-9365.
