Full course description

This is a 3 hour class.  Participants will be introduced to the concept of adding value to your team and/or organization and the ancillary benefits of making the additional effort.  Participants will explore “real life” examples of how you can add value to your team and/or organization and what is in it for you.  Participants will discuss how best to add value to their team and/or organization and how to overcome obstacles preventing them from achieving their desired goals.   Finally, participants will be offered ongoing support and assistance as they continue to practice the newly acquired skills of adding value to their team or organization.
