Full course description
The Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedures Legal Compliance Training will provide information on preventing and responding to sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment and sexual assault, and pertinent information regarding Title VII, Title IX, VAWA, and the Clery Act.
This is one course of a four part series. All supervisors
are required to attend the university sponsored compliance training series
which covers Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities
Act (ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Worker's Compensation (WC), Family
Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and preventing Sexual Misconduct and Title IX.
**Please note that this course does not meet the annual training requirement for Responsible Employees. That requirement is met by completing the online course found at https://expand.iu.edu/browse/e-training/courses/sexual-misconduct-2016**
