This is a 3 hour class. The transition from successful employee to successful manager is a difficult one, requiring a completely different skill set.  If you are new to managing people or are looking for a way to refresh your management skills, attend this session to learn actionable information on what to do and how to do it to ensure you are setting yourself up for success as a manager.
