In this session we will learn about Gallup’s 12 elements of employee engagement and how these elements produce high performing work teams. Fostering an engaging work environment is a priority of the university that leads to higher productivity, team success and improved employee retention. We will discuss how you, as a manager, can positively impact how your staff feel about their job and work environment as well as focus on tools and practices that influence engagement and can be easily integrated in every day leadership.
Target Audience: This class is for those in a Leadership position.
