This is a 2 hour class. Explore what conflict is, what commonly triggers conflict, and how different conflict-resolution styles can affect interpersonal and group dynamics,  Learn how choosing the appropriate style for any situation is invaluable for personal and professional success.  Finally, the application of communication skills to resolve conflict will be addressed.
