This session is 3 hours. This is a book class.  Book purchase is required for this workshop.  When you enroll, it will ask for your department billing number.  (Trust Leadership: Take Responsibility, Use Success, and Transform by, Andrea Reibmayr). Cost $19.  

For years research has shown that, those who work in high-trust organizations not only perform better at work they are also more fulfilled outside of work.  Leaders can no longer ignore trust development in their organizations because without it there is no sustainable leadership.  In this workshop, we will delve deeply into our leadership beliefs and determine how we can leverage trust within our teams and organization to transform ourselves in meaningful ways.

We will learn how to:

  • Build and leverage trust-based relationships.
  • Unlock our potential as trust-based leaders.
  • Develop an environment that fosters trust and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Utilize a transformational trust model the author shares with us.
Target Audience: This class is for those in a leadership position.
