Full course description

This is a 3 hour class.  The Office of Equal Opportunity Legal Compliance Course will provide necessary information to supervisors and HR Professionals in relation to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
 
This is one course of a four part series plus online reading. All supervisors are required to attend the university sponsored compliance training series which covers Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Worker's Compensation (WC), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Sexual Misconduct & Harassment.
