Full course description
This is a 3 hour class. Participants will be introduced to the concept of what great customer service is and how it can become part of who they are as a person. Participants will be exposed to “real life” situations and discuss the best ways to approach such issues or situations in life. Participants will decide for themselves the level of commitment that they are willing to make to integrate delivering great customer service into their lives. Finally, participants will be offered ongoing support and assistance as they become more customer service focused in their lives.
