This is a 2 hour class.
Not surprisingly, money is one of the biggest sources of stress in people's lives.  It can affect our ability to effectively function on a day-to-day basis and can decrease our overall wellness.  If you're interested in learning how to navigate your finances so that you can do things like cover your debts, plan for emergencies, retire sooner rather than later, and just make your money go further, the Indiana University Office of Financial Literacy will walk you through some strategies and answer your questions to help you ease your financial stress.
