Full course description

The Office of Equal Opportunity Legal Compliance Course will provide necessary information to supervisors and HR Professionals in relation to Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

This is one course of a four part series. All supervisors are required to attend the university sponsored compliance training series which covers Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Worker's Compensation (WC), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and preventing Sexual Misconduct and Title IX.
