Jul 30 - Dec 21, 2018

Full course description

This is a 3-hour class.  This is a book class.  Book purchase is required for this workshop.  When you enroll, it will ask for your department billing number.  (The Vibrant Workplace: Overcoming the Obstacles to Building a Culture of Appreciation by Dr. Paul White). Cost $11-$12.  It is great when leaders learn new information and get energized by the possibility of what could be, yet may not understand how to initiate and sustain changes that will support the environment they want. In this workshop, participants will learn about one model that will support and encourage a culture of authenticity; leading to much higher levels of resiliency for the organization.
We will discover:
  • What the very real costs are with the current environment.
  • What the issues underlying negativity in the workplace are.
  • How to make authenticity the cultural norm.
  • How to begin building skills that support this type of culture.
Target Audience: (L) This class is for those in a leadership position.
