Full course description
This session is 3 hours. Building a Culture of Resilience and Trust through EQ. We will look at how using resilience and vulnerability will help us to create a healthy work culture that provides the foundation for our happiness, building trust, and improving relationships. How, by doing this, we will go through a process of self-discovery to identify unproductive emotions that get in our way and prevent us from being our best self. Through self-awareness and introspection, we will learn how:
- Emotions drive workforce happiness, fulfillment, and outcomes.
- To deploy emotional intelligence to build trust and authentic relationships.
- To create a collaborative workplace culture—whether we are in a leadership role or not.
- About evolving from I to We and putting principles in place to ensure right actions and right motive.
