Eligibility: Full-time IU faculty & staff.

Tai Chi for Health introduces the mindful, slower-paced movements and breathing of Tai Chi. The movements have been shown to:

  • Improve muscular strength, stability, and overall health
  • Release tension in stiff joints and muscles
  • Boost mental well-being through relaxation

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes/socks to class.
