Course Introduction

This course is a nationally accredited training and examination program created by the National Restaurant Association.  Obtaining this certification would meet the state rule (410 IAC 7-22) for having a certified food safety manager on staff at retail food establishments in Indiana.  The certification is good for five years. 

Learning Outcomes

After completing the module, you will be able to:

  • Understand food safety regulations
  • The course ends with a certification exam
