About This Training

Formerly Sexual Misconduct Policies, Processes, and Resources: Employee Training
Formerly Employee Title IX and Compliance Training

The training highlights federal compliance rules, such as pregnancy rights for students and employees, such as accommodations related to pregnancy. The training also covers sexual misconduct policies and reporting, discrimination and harassment policies and reporting, Programs Involving Children, the Clery Act, IU policies, and resources.  

Length: 30 minutes

Certificate: Yes

Recurrence: Annually

Audience: Required for all IU academic appointees and staff

Goal

The goal of this training is to ensure that employees are informed about the rights and responsibilities regarding pregnancy accommodations, sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment.
