About the Course
This course will check your understanding of basic security concepts and help you fill existing gaps in your knowledge. The course covers topics that every Indiana University employee should understand: authentication, phishing, passphrase and secret management, network security, data storage and use, and incident reporting and recovery. /p>
Course Objectives
- Understand basic IT and information security topics at Indiana University
- Understand authentication, passphrase and secret management, and network security
- Understand where and how to properly store different classifications of data
- Identify and report potential IT incidents to the UISO
Meet the Instructor
